How many images are included?
I always like to tell my clients at minimum I deliver based on the hour, (1-3 hours: 50 minimum, 4-7 hours: 250 minimum, 8-10 hours: 400) Keep in mind, every shoot / wedding is different + can certainly vary but this is our average! We are happy to send you a gallery preview for you to get a visual of what we will deliver to you after your shoot!
Can you photoshop us to look skinnier / have clearer skin?
Short + sweet answer here, we believe you are the most beautiful in your natural form! We are definitely not a brand that represents high alterations / heavy editing to make you look not actually the way that you do. I want to focus on making you feel so confident + radiant that you don’t even think about this! However, if we notice that lighting has effected your teeth tonality OR there is an imperfection on your face you want removed on your big day, we can definitely discuss this!
Do we give RAWS?
NA-DA! A very huge part of our process is editing everything to our highest standards of perfection before we deliver everything to you. I value your opinion so much, that I would never provide images of you blinking, sneezing, or picking your nose… LOL! I only provide + deliver to you the very best of the best.
What do we wear for photos?
Whatever makes you feel the most beautiful / comfortable to move around in! Be yourself! We always recommend neutrals but I would love to help you in selecting a more curated look via FaceTime before your shoot to guide you as best we can!
What if we need to reschedule due to bad weather?
We can totally reschedule you if the weather is really expected to be terrible. BUT I will say, embracing different climates / weather can actually create such a unique + special element to your pictures. We will make the decision together the closer we are to your scheduled shoot.
How do payments work?
I require 50% down at time of signing your contract in order to solidify + hold your special date. This goes for all photography services not just weddings. Remaining balance of 50% is due 3 months prior to your events date. We accept Venmo! @AIMPHOTO
What if we need to cancel / reschedule our shoot OR wedding?
If you’ve put a deposit down on a date and then had to move or cancel it, the deposit is non-refundable and a new deposit will have to be made in order to hold your new date. Please know, this is not a cash grab, but as a small owned business we do rely on that money to pay our bills, too.
Do we travel for weddings?
Absolutely we do! Our pricing guide is under our investment tab. We keep local cost in mind + update as needed based on location of event. Contact us directly for a complete tailored quote with your package you choose!
Can we share our images on social media?
UMMMM YES PLEASE! We adore seeing the images we could capture for your special day / event online! Sharing, connecting, spreading the word locally by word of mouth for us is a huge part of our success. We truly value your every review, comment, share, + post. Just be sure to tag us with clickable links so we can see all the LOVE!

What kind of equipment do we use?
AIMPhotography takes professionalism extremely seriously. We shoot on all professional grade bodies + lenses. Using external flash on site when necessary. We also use professional grade backup equipment on site to download all of your images before we even leave the location. This is a MUST for us! We prioritize the safety + security (3 times to be exact!) of the magic we just created together! No worries, we’ve got you covered!
How far in advance do we need to book you?
Most often, we book our clients for weddings between 6 months to 2 years in advance. Not sure if we’re available for your date? Just ask us! We sometimes have last minute openings depending on the season so please reach out!
